Rhythm Evolution NFP with John Yost - Beginner Taiko (Winter 2025) These classes teach traditional and contemporary Japanese drumming (wadaiko). Beginning Taiko class focuses on basic rhythm, taiko technique, form and traditional pieces. Participants must supply their own taiko bachi (drum sticks) after the first class. Intermediate Taiko class focuses on refining beginning pieces and more intricate, challenging, techniques, kata and pieces. Participants must supply their own taiko bachi.
